    Beejak.com is complete online invoice management system.Here a registered user can generate and manage invoices corresponding to the items that he wants to sell to specific customers.The registered user is also allowed to take payments against the approved invoices from customers by different payment modes of his choice.

  • Why do I need to register?

    A user is required to register to be able to add items that he wants to sell through this website and generate estimates as well as invoices corresponding to those items.He is also allowed to take payments against the approved invoices from customers.

  • Who can be my customers?

    A registered user of Beejak.com can has two types of customers : 1. A company with a contact person to whom esimates and invoices are send and payments are recieved. 2. An individual customer with no contact persons.

  • What is a membership plan?Is it necessary for everyone to purchase it?

    When a registered user starts using Beejak.com for generating estimates and invoices and receiving payments against them without purchasing a membership plan,he is using trial version of the software which may expire in a few days time.To be able to use the site for a longer duration of time and receive payments more than five invoices by more than two payment modes ,it is necessary to buy a membership plan,either silver or gold.

  • What should I do if my membership plan is about to expire?

    You should purchase a membership plan in advance if your membership plan is about to expire.You will also receive a reminder mail regarding expiry of your current membership plan.If you have purchased a membership plan in advance it will be effective from the day your current membership plan expires.

  • Is it necessary to create an estimate before creating an invoice?

    It is not necessary to create an estimate before creating an invoice but it is better to do so because customer gets a rough idea of the prices of the items charged by the user .The user also gets an idea of the expectations and financial limits of the customer by the bargaining done by the customer on the estimate before he finally generates an invoice.

  • What can be the payment modes of receiving payments from the customers?

    There are different payment modes made available to a registered user on purchase of different membership plans .In the Free Membership Plan,there are two payment modes.In the Silver and Gold Membership Plans,there are three payment modes in each plan.
